Homecoming 2011
"Hawks in the sky, but look who's fly!"
Homecomings are a long standing high school tradition which celebrates current students and alumni and are rich in customs and history. The week long activities encompass fellowship, competition, athletics and celebrations. Traditions at NSBHS include Dress Up Days, Door Decorating Contest, Window Decorating and, of course, the football game and dance.
Door Decorating Contest
Begin decorating doors on Monday, October 31st. Judging will begin at 3:05 p.m. on Monday, November 7th. Click here for a flyer.
Sidewalk Chalk Designs
SGA will provide chalk and a location for drawings on Monday, November 7th. Click here for a flyer.
Window Painting
Window painting will be on Monday, November 7th. Submit your design to SGA by Tuesday, November 1st. Click here for a flyer.
Banners
Clubs can make banners to hang in the courtyard. Click here for a flyer.
Dress Up Days
Monday, November 7th - "If You Knew Me" Day - Create your own shirt using a word or phrase to describe you or wear a shirt that represents you. Be Creative!!!
Tuesday, November 8th - Cowboy/Western Day
Wednesday, November 9th - Blast From The Past Day
Thursday, November 10th - Spirit Day - Red + Black + White = Cudas
Remember all dress up days must follow the Volusia County Dress Code; however, hats can be worn as part of the costume, but must be taken off in class. Click here for a flyer.

See the Hypnotist!
On Tuesday, November 8th see the Hypnotist in the auditorium at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 can be purchased from an SGA member or at the door. Click here for a flyer.
Homecoming Olympics & Pep Rally
The Olympics start at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday November 10th in the gym. Be sure to wear your Cuda colors. There will be traditional games and some new ones. Don't forget to bring some money for the concession stand. Click here for a flyer.
