HOMEWORK REQUEST PROCEDURE
For absences of less than 3 days, we ask that the student make arrangements directly with their teacher to get any make up work. In order to request make up work due to a lengthy absence of 3 or more days, contact the Attendance Office at 386-424-2555 ext. 38573 or 38578. Please allow 24 hours for the work to be collected from the teachers. You may want to call the Attendance Office to be sure the work has been collected before you make a trip to pick it up at the Attendance clerk’s desk. Please direct your student to attend Office Hours to get their missing work or to make up a test. Office Hours are held Tuesday through Friday from 12 p.m. until 12:30 p.m., in each teacher's classroom.
PARENT CONFERENCES
School Counselors are available for conferences throughout the school day, however, to ensure that your child's counselor is available we recommend that you call ahead and set up an appointment. Please contact our secretary at 424-2555 extension 38897. Parent/Teacher conferences are setup with at least 24-hour advanced notice.

The Gradebook is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer with an Internet connection. Access to Gradebook requires a confidential username and password that may be obtained by contacting the School Counseling Office at 424-2555 extension 38897.
